Last Month I discovered this Restraint and went in for Dinner, To my surprise the Food I ordered was Fresh and absolutely cooked to perfection it's been a long time for me to find a place my Wife and I can go out and have Date Night together and have Dinner that was amazing well cooked flavours just Explode leaving you wanting More. The Chef has many years of Cooking Experience and it shows too when you sit down and order Dinner. For my Wife and Me when we have Date Nights we now go to Athena's Bar Grill not only is the Food Amassing and good But the New Staff are Wonderful People I can only Hope you will have a chance to go to Mission Bc bring your wife or your Date you won't leave there Disappointed amassing Food Wonderful Staff keeps me returning there for more. I can attest to this because I often sit right at the counter where I thoroughly enjoy watching the chef make his magic. The portions he provides are nothing short of huge and the prices, unbelievably reasonable compared to any other restaurant I have been in. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive as is the chef. We recently moved to Surrey so we were excited when we heard about this restaurant in our area and thought we'd give it a try. Oddly, we saw some gift certificates for it at Holt. We paid about $75 for $100 in gift certificates, so it seemed like a great way to get a discount on dinner. Dinner was great - we took the advice of friends and both had tenderloin steak that came with amazing garlic mashed potatoes - yummmm!!! I had a fantastic martini on recommendation of our server - it was a sour apple. I find some restaurants have watered down martinis, but this one definitely wasn't - it was just perfect. Our service was just good. Not terrible, but certainly not close to downtown high-end restaurant quality the night we were there. Having said that... this isn't a downtown high end restaurant - so if you go in with the right expectations, its a great night out. We'll definitely be back... and if I see Holt gift certificates again, I'll be picking them up. You might want to ensure you make a reservation too. Read more
