George and Wyn from DeGagne Electric are professional, friendly and excellent communicators. Their quote was exactly what I needed and the time lines they set were met. They handled all communication with Hydro One and coordinated their joint visit to install our Generlink. They also explained it's operation which was much appreciated as I had to connect my generator a week later when the power went out!
